The Red Barrel Room and the Tank Room are available for private events. Each room seats 50 guests and the whole Wine Cellar can be rented to seat 100 inside. Tenting the crush pad extends the space outside for cocktails and dancing.

We are so thrilled you are interested in hosting your private event at Chamard.
Here are some details that may help in planning your event.
• Red Barrel Room is $750
• Tank Room is $750
• Tank Room and Crush Pad is $1000
• Crush Pad is $300
Wine Cellar and Crush Pad is $1500
• Chateau Winery 5pm to 10pm: $3000
Additional Hours: $500 per hour for private use of the tasting room or winery. For more intimate groups of up to 50 guests we offer additional hours in the tasting room after 9pm for dessert and after dinner activities.
Tents and all other rentals are additional. Chamard Wines will be billed by consumption at the end of the evening and a $10 per bottle corkage fee will be applied if other wines are brought in.
We partner with Sarah True, of TRUE Event, to execute Weddings and Extravaganzas.
Coordination details for all other events are managed by our trusted catering partners.
PRIVATE TOUR AND WINE TASTING
• $200 for groups of up to 10 people, $20 for each additional person
• Scheduled during business hours
• Allow One (1) Hour
• Wine Tasting is in the tasting room which
will be open to the public
PRIVATE WINE TASTING EVENT
• 5:30 – 8pm Sunday thru Thursday Evenings in the tasting room
• $300 for groups of up to 20 guests, $20 for each additional guest (up to 50)
• Includes a wine tasting of 6 wines and wine by the glass
PRIVATE WINE TASTING EVENT

• 2.5 Hour Event ~ during business hours
• $750 for groups of up to 25 guests, $20 for each additional guest (up to 50)
• Includes a wine tasting of 6 wines and wine by the glass

THE FINE PRINT
All Private Events must be paid in full in order to reserve
• 14 days advance notice of cancellation is required for refund of payment
• Gratuity is not included
• Additional $100 staffing fee for groups of 25-35. Additional $200 staffing fee for groups of 35-50
