2007 Estate Reserve Merlot
A Bordeaux blend of Estate grown Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir, aged 12 months in American oak. Light and lean and will cellar well through 2020. This wine has been moved to the library because stock is very limited. It is only available in single bottle allotments.

2007 Estate Reserve Cabernet Franc
Aromas of smoked bacon, dried black fruit, dark chocolate and cinnamon spice. Velvety smooth, rich core of fruit with bright acidity, lean texture, soft integrated tannins and long sharp spicy herbal finish.

2006 Merlot
A beautiful clear ruby red color with the aroma of licorice, dried fruits, charred wood and crushed cherries. Light, bright and clean sour cherry flavor with good acidity.75% Merlot makes this wine light in color, medium bodied, fruity but dry. Bolstered with Cabernet Sauvignon and spiced with Cabernet Franc with small amounts of Petite Verdot and Pinot Noir. Aged in American Oak for 18 months before being bottled in 2008.
