2000 Estate Reserve Chardonnay
A classic Burgundian style Chardonnay. This wine ferments first in stainless steel. 40% of the vintage is then transferred into neutral French oak to ferment for a second time and age for 9 months. The malolatic fermentation balances the wines natural acidity. In the “old world” tradition, this Chardonnay will age beautifully for many years.
